practices // commitments
i am committed to supporting folx in experiencing deeper aliveness and presence in their bodies.

i hold multiple layers of experience in supporting survivors of violence, and i am committed to continuing to learn and be in integrity with my teachers.

i am committed to a model of financial exchange that engages meaningfully with economic justice.

i trust my clients' knowing about their boundaries and needs. i am committed engaging in our work together collaboratively, and with practiced attention to dynamic consent.

financial exchange structure
i ask all prospective clients to read through and reflect on a written framework for sliding scale / economic justice. i also ask folx to freely and honestly navigate the suggested investments based on your current and historical contexts and lineages. i invite you to allow this process to be one of grounded reflection on resource, embodiment and collaborative exchange. those who are able to invest in my work at the expansive and sustainable rates make it possible for me to prioritize economic justice and mutual aid in my practice. we all deserve access to relational, somatically attuned bodywork and somatic support, especially those of us navigating complex trauma. thank you for amplifying community care and interdependence as you consider our financial exchange.

intention*

-
for those who have historically experienced economic // societal injustice and/or who are presently experiencing financial strain to feel empowered to book a session with me at a reduced rate with ease.

-
for those with privilege and/or sufficient financial means to pay the higher end / full price. those who fall into this latter category are invited to pay at the sustainable or expansive exchange tier (or beyond, as a gift that i will use to support mutual aid clinic work).
