bodywork // somatics sessions include spacious time for reflective dialogue, 50 - 75 min of hands-on bodywork, and some aftercare. i work with an intuitive and collaborative weave of modalities, including and especially myofascial barefoot bodywork, lomi lomi, abdominal massage, sports massage techniques, and biodynamic energetics.

the primary lineage of divination that i engage is collaborative tarot reading. i am also a student of astrology and human design, and love to offer micro-readings // intuitive downloads if that serves you - this tapestry of modalities can facilitate deep somatic insights and movement. i work with these divination re-sources as an additional layer of support to a bodywork session. you can book this offering as an add-on, and it will add about 20 - 30 min to our time together.
